J’s Maintenance pursues an active involvement in our community believing that an enriched community benefits everyone. We encourage our staff to find opportunities to be engaged locally and our management has a four decade tradition of volunteerism.
Work with our Clients’ Philanthropies
One of our areas of focus is to support our clients in their social endeavors. By partnering with clients in this way we benefit the communities where our staff spend their work hours. In addition these activities deepen our relationship with our clients giving us greater insights in their interest, concerns and values. By knowing our clients better, we are better able to serve them professionally.
Case Example: Partnering with the Home Depot Foundation
As part of our continuing commitment to our clients and community, J’s Maintenance actively partners with agencies such as the Home Depot Foundation to help further their philanthropic goals. One such example of this model of co-involvement is our 2010 participation in a home remodel with the Home Depot Foundation. Located in an at-need community, the teams of Home Depot and J’s Maintenance were able to completely remodel a home for an under-served family, an activity which will yield years of benefit to the recipients.
