From Quote to Clean

Our professional team will conduct a walk-through with you to fully ascertain the scope of your operation, listen to your cleaning needs and discuss areas of concern.
At the core of any quote and subsequent service contract is the “time to clean”. Our team has years of experience is accurately measuring the many variables in a job and we are prepared to work with prospective clients to ensure that we fit our delivery within your budget.
Through discussion and after reviewing any additional requirements, we craft a custom service plan that is unique to your facility.
Customized Service Plans
Our service plans detail exactly when and how frequently areas are cleaned. It details how many individuals will be on-site at any given time to perform cleaning duties as well as the supervisor’s frequency. Naturally some clients have a fully night-time cleaning crew while other facilities need individuals on-site during work hours to address sanitation and safety issues. We are able to cover any of the 24 hours a day.
Within our service plan will be a full list of supplies, which can be included in the overall contract or billed on an “as used” basis. Supplies may include all cleaning chemicals, paper supplies, plastic liners, sanitary refills, hand soap and anything else related to our business. If you have a question about a certain product we can help you find it. Typically we provide all equipment for your building and we are responsible to maintain it in a clean and safe manner.
If your organization’s maintenance job is large or complex, we are happy to work with you to devise a service plan that meets your specific needs. Methods such as cost-plus billing, where you fluctuate cleaning staff on an as-needed basis and pay only for time serviced is but one of the ways we can work with you to ensure you have the best service at the best price.
As a full service provider, J’s Maintenance will provide all the necessary employees to care for your facility. We hire, train and manage our cleaning professionals so you don’t have to. Our firm covers the workers’ compensation and general liability policies for the cleaning staff, providing another layer of protection for you and your organization. Each member of the J’s cleaning staff is a skilled professional, specifically trained to manage and maintain your environment. Our employees go through multiple training classes tailored for the unique challenges of their customer’s facilities. Additionally, we regularly update our professional skills through industry specific training, workshops and coaching.
